A reservation is considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received and a confirmation email is sent to the guest.
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the check-in date.
Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Room rates are based on the maximum occupancy specified for each room type. Additional guests may be accommodated upon request and will be charged extra.s.
Children are welcome at Thea Homes, but pets are not allowed.
